Fees
The legislation includes a suite of licensing fees, including:
- application for new licence - $500
- renewal of licence - $300
- renewal/amendment of a licence - $350
- provisional licence - $100
- transfer of licence (for example, individual to a company, or the consensual sale of a centre) - $300
- minor application fees (for example, application to amend a licence) - $75.
There is no fee for changing the nominee for a licensee, or for changing a centre based service's licensed capacity.
