Injune Kindergarten and Children's Centre
This community based, not for profit service offers a Kindergarten program for children aged 3-5 years and a limited hours care service catering for children aged 0-12 years.
Non-recurrent funding of $24,577 is provided to establish a Community Resource and Audio-Visual Area which will be a central meeting space for families to gather, to gain information about services and to attend parenting support sessions and seminars.
The resource area will raise community awareness of child care and family support services in Injune and provide a community hub for children and families, from which other activities can be conducted.
Through the second round of funding, triennial funding of $15,835 is provided for a hub coordinator.
