If you receive a Queensland Government electricity rebate, your electricity retailer will automatically process your exemption. Gold Card holders who do not currently receive the electricity rebate need to apply for an exemption. - Electricity life support

- Ferry travel
- Eligible cardholders PCC, QSC and GC.

- First aid

- Fishing

- Home energy emergency assistance
- While not a concession, the Home Energy Emergency Assistance Scheme provides one-off emergency assistance to low-income households suffering a short-term financial crisis (within the past 12 months) and who are unable to pay their current electricity and/or reticulated natural gas account and are at risk of disconnection. - Land rent

Holders of Department of Housing perpetual town leases (residential) may be eligible for a reduction in land rent on the grounds of financial hardship, provided their leased land is used exclusively as their principal place of residence. For more information, contact the Department of Housing on 3227 8519.
Residential lessees of leasehold land who are suffering hardship or facing certain financial difficulties and are Commonwealth Government concession cardholders may be eligible for a decrease in land rent, provided their leased land is used exclusively for their own residential use. For more information, contact your nearest office of the Department of Natural Resources and Water on 13 13 04.
- Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme
- Eligible cardholders PCC, QSC, HCC
The Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme provides funds for endorsed aids and equipment to eligible Queensland residents with permanent and stabilised conditions or disabilities. The range of aids and equipment is primarily selected to assist people to live at home and avoid premature or inappropriate residential care or hospitalisation. - Motor vehicle registration fees
- Eligible cardholders PCC, QSC and GC (TPI only)
Various concessions are available to eligible cardholders. The Registration Concession Application form (F3937) is available on the Queensland Transport motor vehicle registration website.
- Parks
- Eligible cardholders PCC, QSC and GC.
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) offers entry concessions to some parks and services.

- Patient travel subsidy scheme
- Eligible cardholders PCC, HCC and CSHC.
The Patient Travel Subsidy Scheme provides financial assistance to patients who need to access specialist medical services unavailable within 50 kilometres of their nearest public hospital. The scheme contributes towards the cost of transport and accommodation (after four nights) and, in some cases, the costs of people accompanying the patient. Patients must attend the closest service to qualify for assistance. - Queensland Art Gallery
- Eligible cardholders PCC, QSC, HCC and GC.

- Queensland Museum Network
- Eligible cardholders PCC, QSC, HCC and GC.
Concessions on the admission price may be available for some major exhibitions to museums and/or some major exhibitions. For more information, visit Queensland Museum or phone 3840 7555.
- Queensland Performing Arts Centre
- Concessions are available on ticket prices for most events. Cards accepted depend on the event. For information on concessions for a specific event, contact 13 62 46, or for ticket prices visit QTIX.
- Rail – Citytrain suburban service
- Eligible cardholders PCC, QSC, GC
Concession are available on the normal adult fare on Citytrain services. For more information on Citytrain services contact TransLink on 13 12 30.
- Rail – Traveltrain long distance service
- Eligible cardholders PCC, QSC, GC (War widow only)
Concessions are also available on Traveltrain long-distance service, for Queenslanders travelling interstate and for Interstate pensioners. For more information on long-distance rail travel, contact Traveltrain on 12 22 32.
- Rate subsidy
- Eligible cardholders PCC and GC.
The scheme provides a subsidy to eligible people who pay rates for Queensland properties that are principle place of residence. For more information on Rate subsidy. To obtain an application form, contact your local shire, regional or city council.
- Reticulated natural gas
- Eligible cardholders PCC, QSC and GC (War widow and TPI only).
A rebate is available on the cost of reticulated natural gas supplied to the home of an eligible concession cardholder. Conditions apply. For more information contact your reticulated natural gas retailer, whose telephone number appears on your account. A rebate is not available on LPG/bottled gas.
- Spectacles Supply Scheme
- Eligible cardholders PCC, QSC, HCC.
The Spectacle Supply Scheme provides free basic spectacles to eligible Queensland residents. For further information, contact 13HEALTH on 1343 2584 or visit the Queensland Health website.
- State Library of Queensland
- Eligible cardholders PCC, QSC and HCC.
Concessions to some programs and events may be available at the State Library for eligible cardholders. For more information visit the State Library website.
- Students - public transport
- TransLink provides standard concessions across South-East Queensland services to passengers who carry valid concession cards. - TAFE Queensland
- Eligible cardholders PCC and HCC.
Concessions or exemptions on certain fees are available on government-funded courses. For application forms and further information, contact the enrolment centre at any TAFE Queensland institute.
- Taxi subsidy scheme
- The Taxi Subside Scheme concession is available to eligible cardholders. For information and application forms contact 1300 134 755 or visit the Queensland Transport taxi subsidy website.
- Vision Impairment travel pass
- Provides free travel for the pass holder on participating public transport services, for more information contact Vision Impairment Travel on 3167 4000 or 1800 722 675 (free call) or visit Queensland Transport concessions.
- Water subsidy
- Eligible cardholders PCC and GC.
