Under a joint governance process, the Compact Governance Committee developed and oversees an Action Plan (PDF, 292 KB) Action Plan (RTF, 325 KB) that gives effect to the commitments within the Compact and creates practical change. The committee comprises five representatives from the Non-profit Community Services sector, five from government and an Independent Chair. Sector representatives were nominated by the Community Services Futures Forum.

  • Garth Morgan, Executive Director, Queensland Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Human Services Coalition
  • Wallis Westbrook, Executive Director, Health and Community Services Workforce Council
  • Geoff Rowe, General Manager - Policy, Research, Planning and Strategy, Endeavour Foundation
  • Cathy Boorman, Secretariat, Department of Communities

The Compact Governance Committee meets three times per year and reports publicly on its deliberations via a communiqué.
