Department of Communities (Housing and Homelessness Services) tenants may be eligible for a Pathways Shared Equity Loan if the property they are renting has been assessed as being available for purchase. This loan enables the tenant to enter into a partnership with the department to buy a percentage of the house they are currently renting.
Clients need to meet a number of criteria to be eligible for a Pathways Share Equity Loan.
