To become a Licensed Operator your organisation will need to:

Complete and submit a Licensed Operator Licence Agreement 2012-2014 Complete and submit a Licensed Operator Licence Agreement 2012-2014

Complete and submit a Licensed Operator Annual Registration Complete and submit a Licensed Operator Annual Registration

Submit payment for the Annual License fee to our office

Submit a copy of your current insurance certificate* to our office
- Ensure a Code of conduct form Code of conduct form is completed by everyone from your organisation who is involved in the administration or delivery of The Award
- Ensure that your organisation including any Assessor, Instructor or volunteer who is an employee of the Licensed Operator complies with the employment screening provisions in part 6 of the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Act 2000. - Nominate a person to be an Award Coordinator
*Award insurance does not provide coverage for Licensed Operators for both The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and the Bridge Award. As a result, Licensed Operators are required to have their own Public Liability Policy with a minimum $5 million limit. A copy of this current certificate is to be provided. to the State Award Office
