Queensland consumer satisfaction survey

Service users and carers satisfaction survey 2009

In 2009, the former Disability Services Queensland commissioned an independent satisfaction survey of disability and mental health services funded by the department.

The data collection phase of the survey has been completed. Survey results have been circulated to agency Chief Executive Officers. Survey results are posted below.
