During this step, specialist disability service providers should critically reflect on their current performance. They should assess their service's achievements and identify any areas for development.

Examples of evidence of practice and rating specialist disability service delivery against the Standards and its indicators can generate ideas for further development.

Specialist disability service providers should plan their self-assessment in logical steps. It is important to involve as many management and team members as possible.
