Resource Kit 1
This resource kit contains practical tools and resources to assist specialist disability service providers to work through Step 1: Establishing your quality framework.
Resource Kit 2
This resource kit contains practical tools and resources to support specialist disability service providers to work through Step 2: Service user assessment.
Resource Kit 3
This resource kit contains practical tools and resources to support specialist disability service providers to work through Step 3: Self-assessment and Step 4: Continuous improvement.
Resource Kit 4
This resource kit contains practical tools and resources to assist specialist disability service providers to work through Step 5: External validation.
Resource Kit 5
This resource focuses on topics such as:
- reflecting on external audit and implementation of a quality system
- prioritising continuous improvement activities
- maintaining and managing continuous improvement
- post-certification responsibilities
- managing the relationship with a certification body.
ISO 9001:2000 Supplementary Resource Kit
This kit is targeted at those disability services that have the option of being assessed against either the generic management standard ISO 9001:2008, the Queensland Disability Service Standards or the Queensland Disability Advocacy Standards.
It helps these service providers identify which set of standards best supports their service delivery.
