This booklet supports specialist disability service providers, especially support workers, with the use of the Interactive Toolkit. It provides practical information about preparing and tailoring various components of the toolkit for service users they support. The booklet also details how a service user's individual communication needs should be considered when using the Interactive Toolkit.
This booklet can be read separately but can also complement an Interactive Toolkit training session. It is recommended that trainers provide this booklet to trainees who attend their Interactive Toolkit training session and/or are using the Interactive Toolkit with their service users.
