The Department of Communities (Disability and Community Care Services) helps people with a disability and their families to access the support and services they need as they move through the different stages of their life.
SWITC (Support with Interpreting, Translating and Communication) is an initiative funded by Department of Communities, Disability and Community Care Services and aims to address the interpreting and translating needs of people accessing the departments funded services.
We provide funding to approved service providers who in turn provide services and supports to individuals, their families and carers.
The Department of Communities is committed to providing a high level of service to its clients and respects the rights of individuals to provide feedback on the department’s actions, services or products.
