Clients, their representatives and members of the community have the right to make a complaint or raise concerns if they are unhappy with a service provided or not provided or funded by the department.
The Disability and Communities Complaints Unit manages complaints for the following service areas:

- Community Services
- Disability and Community Care Services
- Multicultural Services
- Sport and Recreation Services
- Women’s Services.
