Private Housing Programs aims to influence the broader housing system towards increasing the supply of affordable housing and to assist low income households to access and maintain accommodation in the private market.
To achieve these aims, Private Housing Programs:
- develops programs that will enable the government, the private sector and the community to maximise outcomes for low to moderate income households in the private housing market
- provides the operational policy and performance framework for planning, delivering and managing the private housing programs.
