Housing and Homelessness, Department of Communities’ offices including Housing Services Centres will be closed from 23 December (close of business) and will reopen on 3 January 2012.
During the closure, emergency maintenance for properties that your organisation leases from the department is being co-ordinated through the after-hours service. If you have an emergency maintenance request, please telephone 1800 808 107.
Over the Christmas closure, if a defect occurs on a newly constructed building (not emergency defect items), please send the Defects Form to the department as per the standard practice. If the defect is an emergency, please telephone 1800 808 107.
