The Queensland Government's Responding to Homelessness Strategy 2005–09 focused on expanding services and establishing new and innovative strategies to help homeless people in Queensland.
The government's goal is to ensure homeless people have access to accommodation and an integrated service system to help them re-engage with the community and live a stable life.
The evaluation of the Responding to Homelessness Strategy was undertaken in three phases.
