Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT)
QCAT can make orders about a range of disputes relating to the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003, including disputes about rent, special terms, maintenance of the park, terminating site agreements and changing park rules.
