The Department of Communities is seeking your ideas about how we can improve our Tenant Participation program to better meet the needs of ;all social housing tenants.
Established in 1990, the program helps social housing tenants to form groups and build networks so they can participate in activities that improve their homes and community. It also enables tenants to provide feedback to help the department and other housing providers to improve their housing policies and services and gain a better understanding of local issues.
Whatever your age, cultural background or abilities, the Tenant Participation program should have something to offer you.
We'll soon be asking tenants for their ideas for improving the Tenant Participation program, so keep an eye out for how you can be involved.
Make sure you have your rental agreement number ready for when you contact the department. This helps us to find your personal information quickly without having to ask personal questions.
