The Department of Communities' vision is for a sustainable, liveable community at the Kelvin Grove Urban Village.
The department is progressively selling its land to developers for the design and construction of residential, retail and mixed-use developments in line with the village's vision and master plan. It will then be up to the successful developer to construct and market the facility.
Design Guidelines
The Design Guidelines ensure that each development in the village is in keeping with the vision and intent of the Kelvin Grove Urban Village Master Plan.
