Applications for the 2012 Australian South Sea Islander Community Foundation scholarship program are now closed.

To apply for a scholarship under the foundation in 2013, students are able to prepare the following:

  • your resume (also known as CV) detailing your education, qualifications, work experience and other personal achievements
  • a written personal statement of no more than 300 words
  • two written references
  • a letter from any Australian South Sea Islander community organisation verifying your Australian South Sea Islander heritage
  • copies of any documentation which you feel will support your application,

Previous applicants for an Australian South Sea Islander scholarship who were unsuccessful are able to apply again in 2013. Previous applicants will be subject to the same selection criteria as all other applicants for 2013.
