Our commitment to privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and collect, store, use, and disclose personal information responsibly and transparently when we deliver government services and conduct government business.

The Queensland Government has introduced Information Standard No. 42 Information Privacy, which outlines its privacy policy for the Queensland public sector. This information standard is based on 11 information privacy principles, which we must comply with.
Site Usage
This site will not attempt to load any programs or cookies onto your computer or take any information from your computer. When you look at this website, a record of your visit is made and the following non-identifying information is recorded for statistical purposes only:

Our website support officers monitor email messages for system troubleshooting and maintenance purposes. Where appropriate, we will reply to emails sent to our website support team. Some emails may be forwarded to appropriate departmental officers for action.
