Let's Get Moving is a resource designed to help preschool children learn basic movement skills and how to get active while their parents, carers or teachers learn about the importance of movement in early childhood. The early years are a crucial time for skill development and for establishing positive attitudes physical activity, leading to participation in sport and other recreational pursuits during the school age years.

Let's Get Moving includes fun activities that incorporates movement skills such as crawling, kicking and jumping with various movement concepts, to get both children and adults physically active.
