Acknowledgement statements

The following statement should be used to acknowledge the funding you have received from the Queensland Government. 

"The Queensland Government provided 'insert $ amount' to 'insert your organisation's name' to 'insert project, program, service name' to get more Queenslanders active through sport and recreation."

Include this statement:

• in your annual report and
• in other materials related to your project (media releases, speeches, newsletters, flyers and magazine articles)
