If your organisation has received funding of over $30,000 (and/or your funded project runs across a ten week period) you must produce signage to acknowledge the Queensland Government.

How many signs do I need and what size should they be?

What do I need to know before producing my sign/s?

  • The cost of signage development is the responsibility of your club or organisation.
  • You must use the artwork files provided by the department for all signage.
  • Ensure your signs are created from original artwork and not recreated or redrawn.
  • Ensure your signs are not reproduced at a smaller size than the specified size.
  • Contact a sign writer in your local area to produce your signs.
  • Contact your local Sport and Recreation coordinator if you have any queries.

You may not be able to open the artwork files below without special software programs on your computer. However, you will be able to email it to your sign writer who will be able to open it using their specialised software.

  1. Right click your mouse on the file below. Example of artwork for coreflute or vinyl sign
  2. Choose 'save target as'.
  3. Save the file into your documents.
  4. Email file to your sign writer.
