If you have received funding for a facility or physical activity space you may be required to have a plaque commemorating the official opening.
The plaque must display the Queensland Government logo and must follow specific design guidelines. All plaque designs must be approved by the department.
To assist with the layout and wording, we have provided some example plaques and plaque templats. Your departmental sport and recreation officer will assist you in this process.
