Getting active sounds easy but let’s make it even easier for you.
There’s no rule that says exactly how much activity you should do. A good guide is for adults to be active for 30 minutes every day and 60 minutes every day for children.
With our fabulous climate and great sport and recreation facilities, there is no excuse for Queenslanders not to be getting out and getting active.
