Selection criteria
Nominees must demonstrate how the project relates to the following selection criteria. Supporting documents are encouraged. Please supply one original and four copies of your response. Each response is to be limited to 250 words per criterion:
SC1. How does the initiative project or person contribute to the prevention of domestic and family violence in the community?
SC2. In what way is the initiative inclusive of people from diverse backgrounds? (for example culture, language, age, gender, sexual orientation and disability)
SC3. In what way is the project or person creative, innovative or otherwise special?
SC4. How does the initiative meet anticipated goals/objectives? Were there any unanticipated outcomes?
SC5. What are the outcomes of the initiative? Are the outcomes of the initiative likely to be long term? In what way?
Nominations are sought from the general community, businesses, government and non-government sectors. To nominate for an award, please review the 'How to nominate' information available on this site, complete the nomination form and respond to the selection criteria.
