Disclosure log

  • Applications received

    Section 78 of the RTI Act requires the department to include certain information to a Disclosure Log as soon as practicable after a valid access application is made, in particular, the details of the information being sought as stated in the application and the date the application was made.

  • Documents accessed

    As people transition to the NDIS and have an approved plan, the departments’ funding will reduce.

  • Disclosure log pre 22 February 2013

    The Right to Information Act 2009 commenced on 1 July 2009. Documents released to applicants under the Act will be progressively published via our disclosure log. If you have any enquiries or feedback regarding Right to Information.
