Program participation conditions

  • The Queensland Government does not:
    • guarantee that your organisation will realise economic and social benefits as a result of your participation in the Program
    • endorse and is not responsible for the content or any views posted by any user on public facing websites or publications associated with the Program or associated online communities [Sites] or the accuracy or reliability of such content
    • accept any responsibility for the publication of any defamatory material/content or any loss which you may sustain as a result of any defamatory or otherwise harmful material/content being posted by any person on the Sites and reserves the right to remove from the Sites any such Content of which we may become aware
    • control websites operated by third parties and takes no responsibility for, and will not incur any liability in respect of, their content, including hyperlinks which may be included in Program content. Inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply Queensland Government endorsement of all views, statements or information contained in such websites
    • accept responsibility for the protection of any data supplied to other websites. Before supplying any personal information to any other website, we recommend that you check the website's Privacy Policy on the Organisation form.
  • As CEO or their delegate, your name will not be used without permission and every effort will be made not to identify participants without permission.
  • Organisations can withdraw from the Program at any time, in writing to multiculturalambassadors@dlgrma.qld.gov.au.
  • All material of this Program (including on the website) is copyright of Queensland Government or to third parties who have contributed material. You may view content on screen and are permitted to print copies or save reasonable extracts to your local hard disk from the website to enhance your organisation’s cultural diversity capabilities.
  • Tools and resources developed for the Program can be used for in-house training and development. Tools and resources cannot be used for paid, external training purposes.
  • Once your Ambassador representative has completed their induction, your organisation may use the downloadable Program branding identifiers, in accordance with guidelines provided.
  • If an organisation withdraws from the Program, it must cease usage of any branding or associated content which identifies your organisation as a Program member organisation.
