Responding to COVID-19 in the sexual, domestic and family violence sectors grants program

The Queensland Government's Responding to COVID-19 in the sexual, domestic and family violence sectors grants program offers one-off grants, of up to $2 million available, to support domestic and family violence (DFV) services to respond to the challenges and additional complexities posed by COVID-19 and assist services to:

  • adapt the delivery of services, for example by making service adjustments or modifications to respond to changing client needs or social distancing requirements
  • expand service delivery, for example by increasing capacity to deliver more services to more clients
  • introduce new services, in accordance with demand arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Grants are now closed

Applications for the grant program have now closed. Successful applicants will be announced in April 2021, with all initiatives to be delivered by the end of December 2021.
