Charity Cricket Match - Toowoomba Hospital

Posted: Wednesday 25 May 2016

Toowoomba Hospital staff will play a charity cricket match against local police officers on 28 May in an effort to raise funds and awareness for domestic violence prevention. The event will also include family friendly activities, food, and information stalls from other local service providers. As hospital workers and police officers are often on the front line of domestic violence, this free, public event is one way our organisations can say domestic violence is not okay; 'not now, now never'.
