What is cyberbullying and why does it hurt so much?

Cyberbullying is using technology, including the internet, to bully or intentionally hurt someone else.

Sending or sharing abusive texts or emails, hurtful images, videos or memes, starting nasty gossip and chat, or excluding, imitating or humiliating people online are all forms of cyberbullying.

If you’ve been cyberbullied you know it can make you feel scared, anxious and sad.
