If you are a parent of a child with disability, Parent Connect can help you determine the best possible supports for your family.

Queensland Community Care services

Community Care provides basic maintenance and support services for eligible people aged under 65 years, or under 50 years for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, who need assistance to stay living at home and in their community.

Specialist support for school leavers

Support is available to help young people with disability move from school to adult life.

Vehicle Options Subsidy Scheme (VOSS)

The Vehicle Options Subsidy Scheme (VOSS) offers subsidies to assist people with disability to buy and modify private vehicles.

Community Aids Equipment and Assistive Technologies Initiative (CAEATI)

The Community Aids, Equipment and Assistive Technologies Initiative (CAEATI) offers subsidies for assistive technology for eligible people with disability to support them to access their community.
