Organisational Information

Anuha is a not-for-profit organisation run under the auspice of Peace Lutheran Church Gatton. We have operated in the Lockyer Valley for over 30 years providing support to people with disability. We provide support to people with physical and intellectual disabilities and people living with mental illness. We support adults and children. This support is provided in the home, the community, for respite or holidays and with employment and work skills development. The nature of support provided in these environments is determined by an individual's choice.

Host Provider Model

Anuha has a team of skilled and experienced staff who will work in partnership with individuals and families to ensure they have choice and control about what support is provided, when it is provided and who provides the support.
Anuha offers flexibility to ensure our involvement is at level based on the nature of self-direction chosen. Host Agreements will outline the level of involvement, roles and responsibilities of the organisation and the person with disability; it will detail the nature of the support to be provided and the administration and management of individualised funding.
Our fee scale is calculated in accordance with the level of involvement by Anuha in the day-to-day management of a person's package.
As a full service provider, Anuha can provide individualised planning and support and/or links with other service providers in our area to provide a holistic approach to support.
Monthly statements will be issued detailing the person's amount of funding received and the level of expenditure to ensure proper planning and budgeting.
