Host Provider Model

The Autism Queensland Host Provider Service will provide a flexible and responsive service for individuals and/or families wishing to self-direct their funds. We utilise a person and family-centred approach, working together with you to understand your goals and priorities. The model provides for three options of support ranging from basic administration and reporting support through to a tailored case management model with a range of flexible support options. During an obligation free initial consultation, a consultant will outline these options for you and provide you with a quote for the level of support you choose. The level of support you choose will be reflected in an individual contract, however we recognise that circumstances change and you may wish to renegotiate this level of support from time to time.
