    The annual report is an account of the operational and financial performance of the department. It provides an analysis of the department's performance against the objectives in the Strategic Plan and enables the community, Ministers and Parliament to assess the efficiency, effectiveness and economy of the department.

    The Strategic Plan outlines how the department will enable Queenslanders to improve their lives.

  • Disability Service Plan

    Under the Disability Services Act (Qld) 2006, each Queensland Government department is required to develop a Disability Service Plan. The disability service plans outline the actions each department will take to progress the five priorities of All Abilities Queensland: opportunities for all state disability plan 2017-2020.

  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Capability Action Plan

    The plan sets out the department's approach and commitment to growing our cultural capability and building our capacity to better support vulnerable Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, partner more inclusively with key organisations and engage genuinely with communities.

  • Multicultural Policy and Action Plan

    'Our story, our future' is the Queensland Government’s multicultural policy that, together with its 3-year action plan, promotes an inclusive, harmonious and united Queensland. Agencies with actions in the plan are required to report publicly on their progress on an annual basis.

    This 10-year blueprint outlines how we as an organisation will work with Queenslanders, their communities, industry and across government to embrace technology, embed digitally enabled services and give Queenslanders choice, flexibility and autonomy in how they engage with government.
