Disclosure log

The Right to Information Act 2009 requires agencies to publish information and documents on RTI Disclosure Logs.  New arrangements for Disclosure Logs apply to RTI applications made from 22 February 2013.
  • Applications received

    Section 78 of the RTI Act requires the department to include certain information to a Disclosure Log as soon as practicable after a valid access application is made, in particular, the details of the information being sought as stated in the application and the date the application was made.

  • Documents accessed

    When the department makes a decision on an access application to give access to a document that does not contain personal information of the applicant, and the applicant has accessed the document within the access period (40 business days).

  • Disclosure log pre 22 February 2013

    The Right to Information Act 2009 commenced on 1 July 2009. Documents released to applicants under the Act will be progressively published via our disclosure log. If you have any enquiries or feedback regarding Right to Information.
