Community implementation plan

We have consulted with government agencies and key community organisations, major private companies, industry bodies, universities, media organisations and individuals with interest and expertise in gender equality to develop the Community Implementation Plan.

This whole-of-community plan presents initiatives to be delivered by government, industry and the community sector, and makes a start towards achieving our vision for women and girls in Queensland.

Community organisations and businesses can make an important contribution to improved gender equality in Queensland. The future development of the plan will provide community organisations and businesses with opportunities for greater involvement. If you would like to know more information about the development of the plan, please contact the Office for Women on 1800 177 577 or by email
