Seniors Expos

The Queensland Government is committed to delivering an age-friendly Queensland. As part of our plan we are delivering a series of Seniors Expos across the state.

These events build on our popular Seniors Savings Pop-ups in local shopping centres held in 2019 and 2020.

The Seniors Expos will give you the chance to meet face-to-face with government representatives and local organisations to find out about the services and supports in your community.

The Expos will bring together experts from Queensland Health and Police, and legal and financial service representatives to ensure seniors can get advice on:

• the local COVID-19 vaccination rollout
• tips to protect themselves at home, in the community and financially
• accessing local services, supports and find out more about organisations you might want to join.

Experts in Queensland Government Seniors Cards, concessions and rebates will also be on hand to ensure you are accessing all the services and discounts you are eligible for.

Planning for the Expos is well underway with dates for upcoming Seniors Expos to be announced in coming weeks.
